Do you welcome the challenge of selling IT services, products, and solutions to the investment management industry? Are you an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in technology sales? Infostream Technology, LLC, is looking for you to join our company. Working closely with our Business and Product Development Team, this position is directly responsible for identifying prospects and closing new sales.
Responsibilities- Sell our product, Instream, a proprietary cloud-based log management service, and our software development and consulting services, using your connections in the investment management industry
- Drive revenue by meeting sales targets on a consistent basis
- Develop and execute sales strategy with an emphasis on prospecting and engaging new clients
- Establish and execute a repeatable sales process from lead generation to close
- Actively track all sales activities and provide regular pipeline and revenue forecasts to management
- Proactively look for opportunities to improve the sales and lead management process
- Complete weekly sales performance reports and completes all CRM reporting using Salesforce in a timely and accurate manner
- Ability to tell a compelling story about how our product and service features can address business challenges
- Ability to demonstrate technical software
- Experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, and the ability to engage all members of the team in its use
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact and drive communication across leadership teams and decision makers
- Strong understanding of the investment management industry, financial markets and products including traditional asset classes and alternative products (e.g., hedge funds, prime brokerage, private equity funds, real estate / property funds) and familiarity with the portfolio management process
- Have strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Experience selling technical professional services, software development services, and software products, both cloud-based and on-premise
- 5+ years of experience selling into the investment management industry
- Experience successfully managing a complex enterprise sales process with multiple stakeholders, working with business, technology, and operational leaders
- Proven success in identifying and converting new prospects and strategically growing existing client relationships
- Strong knowledge of SaaS solutions and cloud-based services
- Established connections with C-level executives within the investment management industry

We are currently seeking an energetic self-starter with strong analytical skills to help solve our clients' most demanding challenges. The successful candidate will work closely with client subject matter experts, end users, and senior managers to understand their future state vision. Working with a team of software developers and architects, the Business Analyst will help translate this vision into a solution and verify that it is fit for purpose.
This is a full-time consultant position that may entail working remotely or on-premises at the client site depending on the engagement.
Responsibilities- Own the requirements and critical success criteria
- Elicit and document client needs and expectations by conducting interviews, facilitating requirements gathering meetings, observing workflows, etc. as appropriate
- Drive requirements prioritization and agreement across disparate groups

- Ability to write SQL statements for the purpose of retrieving and analyzing data
- Working understanding of modern software technologies and design principles (ex: mobile, cloud, client-server, databases, messaging)
- Ability and willingness to travel
- CFA certification (any level) a plus
- User experience (UX) design skills a plus

We are seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to work with our investment management clients. This highly technical role is responsible for all aspects of a consulting project- installation, integration, design, documentation, and client training. This is a great opportunity for a professional with meaningful experience in consulting within both the investment and wealth management industry.

Would you like to be a key member of the team providing IT support to one of our wealth management clients? This position offers a great opportunity to be the go-to person for IT support, work directly with staff and management, have flexibility, and demonstrate the motivation to succeed. In addition to IT support, this position will allow you to work on additional projects, learn new skills and challenge you to identify IT solutions.
- Microsoft-based Network Administration
- On-site Desktop/ Hardware support
- IT Generalist skillset for other applications and projects
- Provide basic user IT support and assist with hardware and software upgrades and implementation, systems monitoring, upgrade analysis, problem-solving, peripherals, and network access
- Configure and deploy PCs to new and existing users
- Identify and troubleshoot problems relating to PCs, applications, hardware (computers, printers, and scanners) and basic network communications. Work with various vendors to resolve issues as needed
- Partner effectively with outsourced third-party network administration team and Salesforce application provider

- 1-2 + years of related experience in an IT Service Desk / Desktop Administration role focusing on Microsoft environment (Windows 7/10, MSO 2016/365, Active Directory, SCCM)
- 1- 2 + years of demonstrated experience with a business-critical IT environment
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of issues inherent to other hardware including, but not limited to computer hardware, network fundamentals, printers, scanners, and other PC peripherals
- Current IT industry certifications a plus (MCSA/MCSE/CompTIA)
